Born Great Or Acquired Greatness

It is hard to secure a professional career and actualization of dreams for to those who grow up in ignorance and penury circumstances, in a clear contrast to those who born with educated and sound background.

llahi Bux Gaad, grew up in underprivileged conditions and ignorant ancestry whose profession was farming. He himself worked as a tenant farmer in the land owned by Ayub Khoro.

Mr. Bux was born on 1st April, 1969 in Larkana. He received early education from his home town and higher education from Government Degree College larkana,

Along with working on lands, he managed to continue his education. He is self motivated person, who believed in hard work and perseverance in order to meet the expenses of education.

A common man may long for superior services and higher ranks, but courtesy to his simplicity, he preferred teaching as profession and persisted his efforts to turn the dream into reality by procuring his desired profession,

He was appointed as a primary teacher in 1987 purely on merit basis, in 2001 he qualified the commission for the post of the JST, as it is said that “satisfaction is the death of struggle” that is why his efforts did not end there but further he continued to move forward and he again qualified another competitive exam conducted by University of Sindh, as a result he became HST in 2010.

During his teaching career he wrote many books almost on every subject

1. Introductory Geometry for the students of Engineering Group 2. Mathematical Puzzles. 3. Serat-u-Nabi, Quiz Book. 4. General Knowledge book including Science, Islamiat and Pakistan Study Series 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. 5. Annual work plan, with curriculum contents for primary education

He was endowed with extra aptitudes and talent and he perceived the more potency and competency to perform other activities as well along with teaching. 

He renders other jobs too. At present, he is working as a school adviser in the term of quality assurance district Larkana. He visits different schools and give advises to teachers for the skill development and he attended several workshops organized by Agha Khan University,

PITE (Provincial Institute for Teachers Education) at Nawabshah, IBCC (inter board committee of chairman) and ED links on standard based questions setting at Islamabad.

As a master trainer he is also working there since 2001 under PITE, CIDA, Agha Khan University, SPELT, British Council etc. He also remained master trainer in youth development program.

On account of these achievements he received awards from ministry of education, which included  (1) Pakistan Salam Teacher, (2) The Best Teacher Award.
