It is not difficult to observe the ubiquity of internet dependence as a phenomenon and accepted in every part of life. People are now at risk of seeing a vast cultural commonality using Facebook.

More than 800 million people have signed up to social networking website facebook since its creation by Harvard University student Mark Zuckerberg in 2004.

There are over 900 million objects that people interact with (pages, groups' events and community pages) Average user is connected to 80 community pages, groups and events. More than 2 billion posts are liked and commented per day. At an average, more than 250 million photos are uploaded per day. People on facebook install applications more than 20 million times every day.

Facebook is arguably the biggest phenomenon of the internet and has made Zuckerburg the world's youngest self-made billionaire. The majority of people are hectic in using facebook that even sometimes they feel curtailed without facebook. This addiction can be truly unsafe for future and upcoming days seem to be the world of facebook.

People make friends blindly and even falling in love devoid of thinking the veracity.

People initially use facebook for just time pass purpose. After the passage of time, users think to amuse themselves and the time when teenagers should study hard they waste their time using facebook.

facebook is taking over the world, and that's no exaggeration. Everyone from adult to educated business people to intrigue parents has joined the phenomenon and unsurprisingly many teenagers have also caught facebook fever.

An American psychologist introduced a new term to describe such an addiction. FAD or Facebook Addiction Disorder. A condition that is defined by hours spent on facebook.

It has been said that approximately 350 million people are suffering from the disorder that is detected through a simple set of six-criteria “Facebook provides the atmosphere where it is tough to walk away” in a direct comparison to gambling addiction. A quick web search and it becomes appallingly evident that we have a problem.

If everyone comes to decide to use facebook only for optimistic cause and formulate them free of regular using this site intensely than every one can easily run away from this compulsion.
